It’s kinda like the trashy version of antiquing. Come on a Sat/Sun and I bet they have decent stuff. They restock Saturday morning and everything starts off at $6. By Friday everything is $0.50. We went on a Thursday and it was prob 90% trash. But if you don’t mind rubbing elbows with methheads and such, you can still find some gems. It reeked of weed the first little bit. A customer no doubt. A lot of folks were aggressive, but not in a bad way. People seem friendly really. I would like to visit on Saturday.

Very Unprofessional. Management rude was racist security officer at door if you are white he will address you but not if your black 3 black kids throwing things in store never said a word my grandson was with me the whole time I was in the store and he came to me twice to say they can't be in the bins this place has went way down hill then Jeff the Manger was very rude to my wife when I got home I called to talk to him he didn't like what I had to say so he just hung up now the rules say you must keep your kids with you at all times that is it he sad well there is sharp objects in bins well if you and your employees were cleaning the bins instead of standing around they would be clean mind you I used to run this store when it was good and fun not a fun environment anymore and I thought they were not allowed to sell outer box well they still do

I usually have a rewarding shopping experience here but somehow all of my cash went missing today. It was in my back pocket with my id. When I went to pay my id was still there but no cash. It was probably my fault but I couldn't find it anywhere and the staff seemed to think I forgot to bring it with me. They didn't really care and it bummed me out. Tis the season l.

I absolutely love this place and it's staff!! They guys always greeting people at the door and with a smile on their face!! I give everyone mad props that works there and deals with some of the people they do (beyond rude) and not loose their manners when dealing with them!! I have found sooo many good thing's there and couldn't be more happier!

The things I heard from the male manager was absolutely disgusting. He's so rude to his staff for no reason! He also seems so unresponsive when it comes to actually taking part in the floor duties all the times I've shopped here I've never seen him leave a positive remark on anything. If I had to work for this man I'd quit in a heartbeat I feel so bad for the staff no one should put up with anything that he does. I will continue to shop here to support the staff but something needs to be done about the manager and his godawful attitude.

Always good deals and the best staff! Any day of the week! Got a cool little trinket chest on 3 for 5 day Tuesday this week! Along with some good stuff from the weekend! Update....went over the weekend hella good stuff. Patrick Mahomes Jersey, tablet, laser level, cameras, a good start on the kids Christmas! Thank you Wendy and Todd and all the staff, you make it the most fun place to shop!

The store simply isn't what it used to be. They used to have absolutely incredible finds very commonly with lots of good choices scattered throughout. I remember always leaving the store very happy with what I found, and I saw many others with really cool stuff. Staff was okay-ish, not very friendly, but not a dealbreaker for me. Current Retail Rebel is a different story. Oftentimes, it feels like you are searching in vain for something truly worth a lot of money. Are there *some* good finds? Yes, there are still items that are worth a good deal, but I've felt it, and others I have talked to have also felt it; the item quality and average value has significantly decreased over time. I remember when saturdays used to be $5. Now it's double that at $10. Like I said, it's still doable to find good things at $10, but with the higher price and lower item value, it is very hard. If you are not able to get there early, it becomes even harder to find good things because people with a number pick through the boxes first and claim the already low number of somewhat valuable items. On top of this, sometimes they refuse to sell you some items for seemingly random reasons. This, to me, is the most frustrating part of this store. I tried to buy a smart watch one time, and they took it and told me they couldn't sell it to me. When I asked why, they were mumbling and trailed off into nowhere. I got no clear explanation, and no watch that day. I used to be able to buy similar items like that easily, but I guess things have changed for the worse. I've seen them once take away a gel blaster from a kid, and their reason was that it didn't have a box. I've seen them sell items without a box before?? Absolutely zero consistency with their rules, and they are quite obscure and nonsensical. Staff has also progressively become more irritable and rude. Their tone is always negative, and they don't treat you with a whole lot of respect. All in all, it still is possible to find value in this store especially on days besides Saturday, but my experience coming here over the last couple of years has just become tiring and quite honestly, disappointing. I don't really recommend it nowadays.
